Wart's That?

My MIL and I had a quiet day today - it was quite cold and windy so we skipped the walk in favor of siting around chatting and drinking tea. Lots of reminiscing about the old days, Aunt Rosie, etc.

I had to run to the farm down the road to get some fingerling sweet potatoes for dinner tonight (farro, quinoa and sweet potato salad) and they had these odd looking warty pumpkins. I also had some decent birds today, but I like the way these pumpkins look. If you'd like to see the runners up, here they are...
