Binary clock?

This hopf clock receives its time from Frankfurt. It was used to synchronize the time on all the computer systems. Nowadays it's just an artefact standing on our desk, still displaying the exact time. Although there appears to be another, more accurate, atomic clock somewhere in the UK ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atomic_clock)
So binary? Not really, just picked the right moment ;-)
