Green Eggs and Ham

For Lunch today, I ate this delicious combination. Ever since reading the Dr Seuss book I have wondered...now I have eaten Green Eggs and Ham...found on the menu at The Good Egg.

English muffin, fresh arugula, sauteed mushrooms, shaved ham & 2 poached eggs under pesto w/ a sprinkle of parmesan.

Trying to remember the words of Dr Seuss, we trekked to Barnes & Noble and purchased the book (purportedly to send to our Great-Grandson Connor at The Battis Family).
