I should really invest in a tripod, night shots will be so much easier when I don't need to balance my camera on something unreliable like a picnic table. This is the row of dorms opposite mine all lit up and looking like haunted houses.
Pretty cold night, unlike the last cold snap we had, I'm less optimistic about it getting warmer from this point onwards. But on the plus side, I'm essentially done with my semester, and am celebrating by going to Stavanger, Norway's bustling oil boomtown on the fjords! The primary attraction of the city is Preikestolen, or Pulpit Rock, an impossible looking promontory over Lysefjorden, which is close by. It's a little too late in the year to go up there on a budget, I'm afraid, but I'm excited to explore Norway's oil capital and fourth largest city!
Alright. Time to go to sleep. Bus is at 5:49 tomorrow.
