Commence Stage One

Getting to sleep for me consists of many stages, thinking about going to bed, collecting my mac and iPhone, saying goodnight to the rents, getting into bed, setting my alarm, and finally... Being on Facebook and BBC iPlayer before sleeping! So in reality I'm not on stage one still, I have set my alarm and am getting to the second last stage of Facebook and such!
