An Afternoon Coffee...

...kind of day.

Early morning errands with kids
Meet with carpet people
Discover deep freeze partially defrosted
Mess, mess, mess.
Throw away a fair amount of food
Figure out what is salvageable
Tomorrow: cook, cook, cook.

I plan to smoke most of it on the bbq, cook some in the oven, and maybe even some in the crock pot. Recipe ideas are welcome.

Some days it is just two steps forward, and four steps back.... :)
