Hotel Grand Chancellor

This 17 story building in in the process of "deconstruction" after the February 22 earthquake. It is looking more and more precarious.
Driving through the city tonight I saw about 15 cars on the way through which is a sad indication of the state of the city. No where to go, no one wanting to do it...
