A Path in the Woods

Had a pretty fun day today =). Woke up late, did absolutely nothing, went on a bikeride with Sara through the forest preserve (see picture) to Jamba Juice (yum!), then cello choir with one of the violas and one of the basses from 8-10 (of course we didn't start or end on time), got home around 11:30 due to super-traffic-caused-by-construction then talked to Eric on the phone. So all in all a good day =).

I'm thinking the novelty of summer has slightly worn off by now though (even if it has only been like, 6 days). At least my parents aren't making me do SAT prep books every morning and night like Eric's...you think I'm kidding *serious face*. So he's allowed to hang on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays...I know right: random. Whatever, I'll take what I can get, and that's definitely better than nothing =).

Haha unfortunately, my dad wasn't kidding when he said "go get a job for the summer," so looks like I actually have to go get a job... I wish he would have told me he was serious earlier, cuz then I would have had way more time to look for one. Now I'm gonna be stuck working at McDonald's or something...no..no, I refuse to work there. We'll see; we have a few strip malls around here that have a couple stores who'd be willing to hire me...I hope...haha =).
