Drummer taxi

Teeming down, waiting for an easing off to run, spotted this taxi driver drumming. Well heard him first, as he was drumming the steering wheel.

It was either this or an empty street where our new President should have been, but we and the traffic cop gave up after 10 minutes, just too wet to be hanging around.
