Sluggish

Had a quick walk around a local nature reserve this afternoon, not much around at this time of year but did see this rather pretty coloured slug.

Looking forward to watching my daughter compete in a swimming gala tonight, followed by catching up on Strictly and X factor. Bottle of wine chilling in the fridge and hopefully a takeaway for supper.

Oh - and the football - Come on England!!!!!!
