Ram Tam

Is a lovely brew from my favourite brewery, Timothy Taylor. According to them it is a Winter Warmer but I reckon at 4.5% it is a bit weak to be classed as such.

Either way, it was sampled on a night out in town, at the Town Hall Tavern, with the boys. We had a few but not too many and a nice meal there too. Not so filling that, after a train ride home, I didn't feel like a dirty donner.

The name, and I'm not sure of it's origins, put us in mind of the old Swaledale sheep counting system, Yan Tan
