Paella, Ronda, Andalucía - 4pm

The mountain town of Ronda has a special place in my heart. It's my partner's home town and we celebrated our wedding here in June 2010.

For over six years this has been my second home where I am loved like a son.

Today we're back in Ronda for a family meal; it's my mother-in-law's birthday and we're all having homemade paella.
