Oh I do like to be beside the seaside

Parish weekend away in Scarborough. Never quite sure if this is my kind of thing, but I feel like i am among friends, and a bit of food for the soul seems welcome.
Just back from a 9 mile run with Jon S through town along south bay and then north bay, passed the brave north sea surfing dudes.
I find, though I mostly enjoy to run alone, when I have company the quality of conversation is good, and Jon is someone who I journey closely with. So late afternoon sun, fine running and the best of friends for company. Life is good.
