Here we have a mixture of my own home-made patisserie: choux buns, mille-feuilles and chocolate and raspberry tart made with pâte sucrée. All made from scratch today at the Edinburgh New Town Cookery School Patisserie Course. So proud of myself! :)
What a brilliant present from my sister. So thoughtful and generous.
So great to learn something totally new as well.
Time to have a look at what other courses are coming up...
