Flathead Lake

I swam in Flathead Lake this morning before driving the rental car back down through Montana on my way to Missoula. Along the way I stoped for fresh flathead cherries along the way, a summer delicacy in these parts!

Nothing feels quite so good as starting the morning with a cold water swim on a gorgeous mountain lake and letting the sun warm you up and evaporate beaded water off bare skin. Delicious and timeless - the feeling of always deep in your body.
