Concerto
I went on a nature photo shooting rampage at the Heritage Museum. Took many wonderful pictures of Autumn colors, seed pods of various kinds, things shriveled and picturesquely dead. After I got home, I loaded them up and processed not one but two to choose from as a blip. And then I opened this one. Oh my! I barely remember taking it. And how could I forget??? It looks like a Concerto!
I vaguely know my way around classical music forms and terms because my stepfather is a conductor. I grilled him looong time ago about what's what and why. What makes a concerto a concerto? What is a difference between a concerto and a symphony? What's a polyphony, cacophony, overture, libretto, piccolo and molto vivace? I mean, seriously, what kid wouldn't have fun with words like these???
So I can say with all the confidence in the world. The image above is a Concerto. Trust me on this one. :-)
