not to be missed...saw this today outside a public bathroom in world cup stadium station. i still can't decide whats funnier: the fact that such an "award" exists, or that it appears to be dated from exactly 10 years ago. of course, it could be that i'm mistaken and one is intended to read 2001-2011, in which case we have a whole decade of lavatorial excellence to celebrate!
