Fruity Mix!

I haven't baked a Christmas Cake for a number of years and I got to thinking it was about time I did one so here's the fruit mix, after it's soaked in the lemon juice and whiskey for a while I'll go on to stage 2.

I'm using Kevin Dundon's recipe.
