Aysgarth Lower Falls

It was another very misty day today and it started badly when I dropped a lens. (The IS system seems to have been upset by this.........)

However, despite the gloom and mist all day, I was spoilt for choice for a blip tonight. I had Canada geese in flight, the Hawes silver band at their remembrance parade, a delightful little dog with character tied up outside the supermarket and an amazing shed on the hillside.

Here is part of the lower falls at Aysgarth. The rocks underfoot were like ice and taking any images was treacherous. I loved the colour of the fallen leaves on the opposite bank as a backdrop to the peaty water in the falls.
