Supa Maaaario Galaxeeeeee!

We have spent WAY too much time playing this recently. I've had the game for years, but gave up on it a while back because it was way too hard for me (I'm a bit rubbish on computer games that aren't The Sims!)... but as Mr Gruffalo and I prefer playing co-operative (rather than competitive) games together, we dug this out a month or so ago and started playing in earnest.

In order to be allowed to fight the game's final boss, you have to collect 60 of a possible 120 stars. We found it really hard, but got there in the end and then beat the boss- hooray! We've carried on collecting stars and now have 116 out of 120...!

I had to blip this, as it took us around 40 attempts today to complete this level. It was a real pain... but we got there in the end, thanks to Mr Gruffalo's excellent Mario skills and my fabulous "Helping Star" talents! ;)
