back to physio. finding it hard to make the final push - the only thing that i can't quite do with my shoulder is to put my hand up to signal thank you to someone when i'm in the car. but i am trying to do my press ups.

saw a careers counsellor. felt rather like a teenager visiting the school careers adviser except for the fact that he asked me questions rather than told me to work in forestry. not that i have any particular skills for forestry but we had this careers computer at school and it seemed to be the only answer it ever came up with.
