Heronswood

The days was spent down on the Mornington Peninsula, south-east of Melbourne. Apart from a visit to the Diggers Club's (Australia's largest Garden Club to which I have belonged for 18 years) flagship garden, Heronswood, the day was devoted to foraging for local produce for a picnic-inspired dinner tonight.

Lunch was at Montalto Vineyard and Olive Grove in their restaurant that was voted by the Australian Newspaper as Australia's best winery restaurant. Things could have been worse, that's for sure!
