Always use your finger and spell out the letters.

After the first few days at 'big' school - Miss B came home and said she wasn't that keen on big school as you just play all day. She said it was just like pre-school and she wanted to learn something.

In my wisdom, I suggested patience.

Now the kids have had time to settle in and get used to new surroundings/people - it's full steam ahead. Despite being 5 and already 'knowing it all' Miss B is, probably like most kids her age, desperate to learn.

Let's hope it lasts.
