Feet don't fail me now...

Running is one of my passions. I love the freedom and the sense of emotional wellbeing it gives me. I haven't managed to run much this year due to health problems and I've really missed it. Today I ran for the first time since an operation in September. Here I am feeling rather pleased with myself afterwards, taking in the view on Brighton seafront in my brand new Brooks Adrenaline shoes with their funky purple laces.
