Response

Another role of the LSPCA is to respond to any reports of animals being mistreated or in suffering. Today we hit the road on a mission to rescue some young dogs that were reported to be out in the midday sun with no shade or water.
Although the dogs had gone when we arrived, we spent some time talking to the owner making sure he understood how to care for his dogs. Richard, with seemingly unending patience and logical reasoning definitely made a difference and proved that with quiet education and support attitudes can change and animals' lives can be improved.
