Continuing on the healthy theme, no more KFC but I can still enjoy a take-out! Most of the Chinese restaurants round here do a little Sushi on the side.

Day off today, took Vrede in for a spa day, new sparks, oil, filter and she runs better than ever! Now I really need to plan my two teachings for tomorrow!
