Lotus Flower Tea

There have been heavy thunderstorms most of the day, lights flickering with each crack of lightening. It's been an intense work day for me, with barely anytime away from the laptop.
This afternoon for a moment's break, rummaging amongst packets of tea in the kitchen cupboard, I found these Lotus Flowers that I'd picked up in a tiny tea shop in Seville some time ago; I'd forgotten, how fascinating they are. Just add hot water and wait for it to bloom - magic!
