Hax'n
Pork hock roasted with garlic and caraway seeds. A drop of water in the roasting tray and a trivet of coarse chopped onions and root veg. This was taken part way through - the skin crisps up nicely and I baste it with the jus from the roasting tray. Lovely with sauerkraut.
Sorry it's a dull photo but I've not been out of the house today; domesticity and reading have ruled.
