Lazy morning so daog walking delegation.

Work was a positiveness of programming.

Great run at lunchtime over Arthur Seat, the fast boys were out and really went for it, amazingly fast. I kept going and I am getting stronger and it is getting easier.

Committee meeting after work, stayed late and did a maths past paper for the football girl to show all the workings that I think she should do.

Good committee meeting, lots actioned.

Home and the dog is in the huff, kids did not bother saying anything so tea and blip.
