Stir Crazy

Just one more day and Tom is off on his holiday.

"November?", I hear you all ask. Trouble is, there's never a good time for a chef to go on holiday. Just after Christmas is a favourite in the trade. Nobody has any money left! (that's assuming they had some in the first place!)

This holiday was governed (mostly) by Emma, who is coming to the end of her 6 month Master Diver Instruction course in the Seychelles...so not wanting to waste the opportunity....Tom is off to be with her for 10 days or so, in the sun. Lucky fella. Although, it is his first 'holiday' since he began chefing 7/8 years ago. Yes, he's had time off, but never had time for an actual holiday. He needs it to top up those sun-beds! :-D.

It'll be quiet around here for the next ten days or so!
