Victorian Railway bridge. Roseburn

A dull day in all senses of the word.

A grade B listed building this was, once, a part of the suburban railway in Edinburgh which closed in the early 60's. It's now part of a cycle path and it was almost part of Edinburgh's proposed tram network until the council ran out of money to fund it.

I suppose that this is the kind of thing that would never get made now but it stands out. I like the idea that somebody added the designs in all their kitsch, it takes it beyond the endless "good enough!".
