Peking Duck aka Beijing kaoya

Ducks often end up on the meal table in China usually accompanied by plum sauce, very fine pancakes, sliced spring onions and cucumber.

Those of you non-vegerarians are probably salivating at the thought. It's certainly rather yummy!
