Binoculars...

...well sort of. These belonged to my paternal grandfather so date back probably 100 years or so. The ones in front would be called 'opera glasses.' Not that I think my forebears went to the opera, more likely to a musical hall in the East End of London.

Both pairs work although not the greatest magnification...!
