Golden brown

The sun was starting to burn off the early mist as the spaniel and I took our usual walk through the birch woods hunting for fungi this morning. Another four new ones added to the list, though I haven't identified them all yet. Just heard that I have to go to Paris first thing tomorrow morning to stand in for someone who has dropped out of a conference. The downside is that I have to give their presentation but on the plus side, hopefully I'll have a bit of time to wander around and get some photographs. I'm thinking of visitng the Pere Lachaise cemetry. Back at the weekend.
