Disorganised!

I had to go to a meeting in Cardiff today (another 120 mile round trip) and as usual I was running late. I realised just about at the last minute (during the mascara of the second eye), that I had completely forgotten one of the reports I am meant to take.

There then followed a manic, complex and frustrating rigmarole with three computers, word documents that wouldn't open or print and the end result was I still didn't have the report and was now even later.

Naturally there was terrible traffic too and I do so love the M4 at a standstill ....GRR!!

Anyway I got there only a couple of minutes late and thankfully my husband had emailed a member of my team who delivered the report during the meeting. So all's well that ends well?

Well it would have been if I hadn't realised just before it was my turn to speak....that it was the wrong month's report!!

I think I got out away with it when I announced that I had done it deliberately to save from boring them as much as usual!! ;-)

After the meeting I realised I had also forgotten my camera, so I am afraid this was taken with my phone. Not only that but the sun was so bright I couldn't see what was on the screen, so didn't actually know exactly what I was taking a photograph of!

It's part of Cardiff Bay by the way ;-)

Happily, the journey home was fast and incident free and the rest of the day has been relatively calm and uneventful. :-)
