Instead of sitting at my desk during my lunch time I decided to go for a walk round the grounds of the hospital where I work.

It was a chilly day with a lovely blue sky, so blip for today....Tree !

In other news, I thought I would be feeling a bit more pain from my run last night.....I've had to drag my right leg only......the left having escaped pain free.
