Achooo!

Oh dear. Yesterday i started to feel a bit stuffy after my lovely walk but today i've gone rapidly downhill and now i'm aching all over not helped by an irritating cough....bah! I can't remember the last time i had a cold. I think i must be run down at the moment. Dosing myself up now and heading off for an early night. :-(
