Local graffiti

I drive up a lane to my office car park, and each day I see this bit of graffiti, which I have grown to quite like.

I've photographed it loads, but never blipped it because a better blip has always come along. Not today though so here it is

Elbow has calmed down. but is still in negative territory with respect to 'pain or gain', it's still more painful than before it got injected
