007!

This is one of my daughter's cats, which for some reason they named James Bond! Their other cat, who is singularly unfriendly is called Libby. They came down this evening for Philip's graduation tomorrow. Our cat, Buttons doesn't think much of these "intruders", though she tolerates them much better than she did. When they were kittens, they just wanted to play, but Buttons wouldn't have any of it - and there'd be a lot of raised hair and hissing! It was so funny when they came down as kittens, as they are used to a tiny, mainly carpeted apartment, and they'd come here to much more space and a large area of hardwood. They would rush around in their kitten-like way, and go skidding and sliding across the hardwood - it was hilarious.

Philip is out celebrating with friends this evening and then sleeping at his apartment at UC (University of Cincinnati) tonight - I just hope he gets up in time for his 9am graduation!!
