[ANSWER] Well done seaurchin! Yes it does. The last Sunday of the apokries (carnival) is called Tyrofagis Sunday so it is all about the carnival as hinted by the mask on the wall and the clown (karnavalos) in the middle of the picture. So it is a photo from my favorite pub where there was a party with people dressing up. This is one of the waiters dressed as a surgeon and speaking from experience the medicine that night was especially good!
