Chef's Table

Had the most amazing night, we were lucky enough to be able to book the Chef'sTable for tonight.
A 10 course (small courses so not too filling) taster menu the Executive Chef designed specially for it & prepared himself, all done in the main kitchen with everything else going on behind them

WOW

Amazing food, very different, very well put together & he explained the techniques they have developed to produce it (real cutting edge stuff, even the cheese course included a blue cheese with a liquid centre, like a quails egg !!), and all fantastic food

Will never forget it
