The future is all around us...

The university has been using segways for some years now for two groups of staff who have to cross the length and breadth of campus with speed and efficiency - the security team and the mail delivery team.

Here is Debbie (with the lovely smile) who I collared as she wheeled out of our building.

A colleague and I talked today about how when we were kinds enjoying The Jetsons such devices were only a dream (OK so now I feel old!!!)
