A Sad Day.

Today I lost another colleague to the ever present greener pasture. Definitely a sad day. :(

I started this job 2 years ago with 4 other team mates but one by one they left and the last of them filed his resignation today and will leave the day before my birthday. How sad is that?! :(

This somehow makes me think that maybe it's me that's making everyone decide to leave? They've always told me that I argue too much, hmmm....... But, i'm happy for all of them in making that big step. As for me though, i'm staying put. In my years of experience, i've learned that a good boss is worth trading for the big bucks.

Oh yea, Mr. G (my boss) said yes to my going away for an extended holiday next year. Huraaaayyyy! So the saving starts immediately if the big hols is ever to happen!

Blip today is the white house across the street from where I live. It always catches my attention everytime I drive past it, probably because of how the white exterior and the lighting makes it stand out in the dark.

Celebrated (or commiserated) my losing another work mate with a few glasses of vino. So apologies if the photo is not up to standard as the editing was done after the 3rd glass! Happy evening / morning to everyone!
