yuck!

This is my loo seat....smooth white and grey pebbles encased in a hard transparent plastic material. I have got to know the loo seat rather well today...at 8am I suddently became very unwell. Last week my other half was ill for a few days with a nasty stomach bug...and it seems I have not escaped. I'm lucky that I haven't felt this unwell for ages.

Physically I feel shattered...lifting the kettle to make hot drinks to flush this thing out feels a real effort. I think maybe my body is enforcing a bit of rest upon me...fingers crossed I feel better by tomorrow.
