Hot Spot

My office is located right by Chann Mas in downtown PAP- where much of protest action happens.

Last month there was a large protest against MINUSTA (the UN peacekeeping troops here) after there was footage found of an officer molesting a Haitian boy. During that protest dumpsters were turned over for impromptu barricades , tear gas seeping into our office and shots and police trucks whizzing past were heard outside.

This protest was against a government program late in paying their empoloyees and was a lot more calm--
