Going around in circles

Spent a lot of today going around in circles at work. This notebook cover sums it up nicely.
It's end of year decision time with budgets etc and trying to get quotes in for library improvements. Running out of space in the library so trying to find shelving solutions. That's one thing. If we do get these new solutions we're still going round in circles with collection locations. This is the challenge of running a library that is located in a Victorian house!
