HSJ awards

Well it wasn't our night but as they say, we are all winners.
I knew it wasn't going well after I boarded the train to London without my purse. Turned round, went back for my purse and barely made it to meet everyone!

Off to the Grosvenor hotel Mayfair.
Andrew Lansley, sec of state for health, turned up- few boos greeted him, but he used his time to preach the Tory spin.
Then the awards were hosted by Michael Portillo. He was very amusing and did a great job.
After this it was dance the night away with all our top brass and random black tie dudes. Danced and laughed and drank. Nice.
Brilliant night!

Boy did I pay with a hangover. *yawn*
