Decor

So, today a parcel arrived in the post. I was very careful and didn't look at it, expecting Mrs BH to squirrel it away somewhere until The Big Day (which is still ages away but you can't be too well prepared...). But she brought it into the sitting room and waved it at me - so I had to open it.

And hurrah and hurrah, it was a free gift from our friend Shona who's doing some market research before setting up a new business, designing making and selling home decoration lovelinesses. Ours is a 1950s Mountain Pear wall decor, and rather stunning it is too.

In return for our free gift we've written lots of constructive criticism for her... hope she's still our friend when she gets it!
