Countdown to... ...what?

6 weeks to go. My partner had the day off work to wash clothes etc. the other day. Got the pram out; the moses basket, the car seat. Starting to feel a bit more sorted. People tell me it's easier 2nd time round - but I don't know. I can't really remember what it's like to have a baby! Except that it's a bit knackering!

The name is still up in the air, although my daughter has a definite favourite (we suspect her grandmother might've had a quiet word in her ear!) The due date is 30th December so we're waiting to see whether Father Christmas will have one stocking or two to fill this year.
