New cabinet

In an effort to get the living room toddler proof, ready for when Oscar gets a bit older, we bought this cabinet at the weekend - yes it has doors with little locks on them to keep him out!

After buying it, we washed it, sanded it down and then repainted it. Apparently the item of furniture used to be at Longleat House, as its previous owner bought it at an auction in Frome and the cabinet was part of a clearance lot from Longleat. Still it looks much nicer in our living room and has really boosted the safe storage space, as well as being a practical size for the TV (and in this case, candles) to sit on top of!
